Brakes: 2x discs on drive axle & 2x drums on wheel hubs.

Park/Emergency Brake: Drum on drive line. 

Brief breakdown of CP22 refurbishment.

This unit was stripped down completely, repaired & reassembled.

• All worn components i.e. bearings, bushes, shafts etc that where not within specifications have been replaced.
• The unit has been rewired & all relevant safety & warning equipment fitted.
• New scrapper brackets & brushes will be fitted.
• Fitted new water system.
• Fitted 4x new tyres(rear end)
• New air lines & valves fitted.
• Engine & transmission cradle assembly was removed, improved & refitted.
• Engine & transmission were bench tested/stall tested, filters removed & cut open, inspected prior to being refitted.
• Transmission pressure tested.

We have completed the refurbishment process, the machine has been completely resprayed & decals fitted.

The Unit will carry a 3 month guarantee on the drive train.
